Returns Go Through Amazon
Pinkway chainsaws are sold exclusively through Amazon. Amazon handles order fulfilment, returns, refunds, and warranty replacements directly — you don't need to go through us. Using Amazon's return process is both the fastest path and the one that preserves your buyer protections.
Standard Return Window
Most Pinkway products qualify for Amazon's 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Some holiday-season orders may have extended windows — Amazon displays the exact return cutoff on your order page.
To be eligible for a full refund, the saw should be in resellable condition: unused, with original packaging and all included accessories (bar, chain, scrench, fuel mix bottle).
Defective or Damaged Items
If your saw arrives damaged, missing parts, or doesn't work out of the box, contact Amazon customer service immediately — they'll arrange a replacement or refund. Don't wait; reporting quickly makes the claim smoother.
How to Start a Return
- Sign in to your Amazon account.
- Open Your Orders and find the Pinkway purchase.
- Click Return or Replace Items and follow the prompts.
- Pick your return method — Amazon usually offers drop-off at UPS, Kohl's, or Whole Foods without needing to box the item yourself.
- Your refund posts after Amazon confirms receipt.
Used Saws
Fueled or used saws may not qualify for standard return. If the issue is defect-related (engine failure, manufacturing flaw) rather than buyer's remorse, contact Amazon support and explain the problem — they handle warranty cases differently from standard returns.
